Our senior management, commercial and site management teams have worked on a huge range of buildings, from new builds to heritage renovations. We place great importance on health and safety, and insist that all our contractors and partners hold industry-standard qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).
There are three pillars to delivering a successful build: planning, partnership and communication. As such, we believe it is vital to engage with customers and strategic supply partners as early as possible, in order to assess risks, mitigate supply chain issues and manage the budget and delivery timeframe effectively.
To enable us to maintain the highest standards, we employ our own team of construction professionals, along with a core network of contractors who can help us cater for specialist requirements - whether that means applying a traditional lime render or supplying the very latest ground source heat pump.
We are keen to hear about any projects up to the value of around £2m under a traditional or framework contract. Alternatively, we have experience of working under NEC3 or JCT Form of Contracts.
