Corserv Facilities is specialist facilities company offering everything from property maintenance to servicing and repairs.

The types of works are varied, each division has certain departments with specific trades or certain functions which can cross over.

For example, our hard services department look after property maintenance and compliance which includes electrical, response repairs, mechanical and renewable.

We have a Fleet and Workshop team that look after all the vehicles.

The soft services team provides cleaning & hygiene services and integrated facilities management. The capital projects team support the installations of kitchen and bathroom including disabled adaptions as well as construction and refurbishment projects.

As a key part of this team, you’ll collaborate with a talented group of professionals to spearhead improvements, maintain standards and lead regeneration throughout Cornwall.
