We provide a complete repairs and maintenance service throughout Cornwall that ensures your buildings stay in peak condition, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

From minor jobs to major renovations, our buildings team brings the same level of commitment and attention to detail to all their work – whether it’s fixing a leaky tap, renovating a kitchen or installing a brand new roof.

We only work with the best people. Our team of highly skilled in-house contractors manages our day-to-day work, but we also maintain a list of specialist contractors to help us deal with more unusual jobs, such as agricultural structures, commercial properties and heritage buildings.

And since prevention is often better than cure, we also offer an annual property maintenance service, which can help identify potential issues and fix problems before they occur.

Alongside our maintenance work, we’ve also managed a number of large-scale building and renovation projects right across Cornwall. Recently, we’ve been involved with the pioneering biomethane project with Bennamann Ltd, and helped restore some of the historic buildings at Geevor Tin Mine in west Cornwall.

Case studies

Cornwall Housing

One of our largest contracts is handling the repairs and property maintenance for Cornwall Housing (CHL). Fixing windows, renovating bathrooms, repairing roofs, cleaning up gardens – it’s all in a day’s work for us. Tenants can report any problems through the CHL contact centre or through the online portal, and since routine repairs are covered as part of the monthly rental agreement, there’s usually nothing to pay. Once we’ve identified the issue and estimated the work involved, we allocate one of our team to attend. We continually monitor our own performance, and act on tenant feedback where appropriate. Currently, customer satisfaction for our repairs is 92%.
